That’s why in this unique initiative, Ryan Coelho invites you to bring together a group of employees from various generations to meet at the dinner table and talk things over. Strongly realizing the impact this younger generation is having on their business, they are committed to finding the best way to attract, engage and retain millennials.

To assist them with their strategy we helped them identify pain points within the organization that were related to millennials; provided insight into the wants, desires and value that young employees hold; gave guidance on selecting the best solutions to focus on; and ensured that the project team could confidently move forward into the implementation phase.
